# Tolra

> Site search for Shopify stores that sell parts and technical products. Exact part number matches first, sizes understood, and filters you approve.

Tolra builds Shopify apps for parts and technical catalog stores. Its app Tolra Search: Part Numbers ("Tolra Search") is for Shopify stores that sell parts and technical products: industrial and MRO supply, B2B wholesale, fasteners, tools, plumbing, electrical, and replacement parts for appliances, vacuums, coffee machines, pools and spas, and small engines.

Key facts:
- Exact part numbers first: SKU, MPN and OEM numbers match in any format. Dashes, spaces, dots and capitals are ignored.
- Sizes and units understood: 1/2" and 1/2 inch, 60 cm and 600 mm, 1,5 kW and 1.5kW are read as the same thing.
- Filter by spec: Shoppers narrow results by thread, voltage, material or size. AI suggests the values from your product text, and nothing goes live until you approve it.
- A search box you design: List, compact or grid layout, your colors, and the sections you want. No code.
- Old and other part numbers: Upload a list of old, OEM or equivalent numbers. Results say "Replaces" or "Matches".
- Never switched off on paid plans: On paid plans, going over a limit never stops search: you get a notice, not a broken store. You can turn Tolra off yourself at any time, and your store's own search is back.
- Theme safe: Tolra uses Shopify theme app extensions (an app embed and an app block) and never edits theme code. The theme's own search is the fallback.
- Data: one search index per store; prices and stock are read from Shopify, not stored; no shopper IP addresses are stored; no model is trained on store data.
- Billing: through Shopify, in US dollars. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.
